Hi Keith. Any chance to buy additional shares on top of your allocation, especially if they are valued at a discount price should be taken up, if you have the funds available.
Standard Life come to the market on July 10th, I shall post an entry about the company and its price targets once the company floats.

Phil.

Hi Phil. We seem to be moving in the right direction, that's good news. I have just received some things from Standard Life Plc asking if I want to buy any additional shares on top of my allocation. Would this be a good move? Look forward to your comments. Thanks Keith

Hi Keith. The stock is down only temporary and in the grand scheme of things is only a small setback. Once we reach the last trading day before Christmas this down period shall be a thing of the past. I am not worried at all. If this stock was down and the rest were up, then I would be worried however, they are all down. Things will improve. I have known in the past for stocks to drop some 20% and then re-bound some 30%-40%. I am away for 12 days starting from the 8th July. I will be checking the markets when I am away and will have my mobile with me. If you are really worried, email me.

Kind Regards,
Phil
